Clinic Moves

Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (Physical Therapy), along with Prosthetics, has moved.  It was located on the second floor of the main hospital and has been relocated to the basement of the Skilled Care and Rehabilitation Center.  This is the newer part of the medical center near the North parking lot and has its own entrance adjacent to the East parking lot. When you enter, there will be signs that will direct you to the new location.

The Compensation and Pension (C&P) Clinic has relocated from the Main Building, North Clinic area, to the basement of the of the Skilled Care and Rehabilitation Center.  Veterans should report to room 24 for appointments.
