Veterans Affairs Community Based Outpatient Clinic in Bad Axe Inviting Veterans
In preparation for opening the VA Community Based Outpatient Clinic in Bad Axe, Veterans are invited to contact the Aleda E. Lutz VAMC in Saginaw to get their name on the list of patients to receive care at the new clinic to be opened later this year.
For those Veterans who would like to be considered to receive healthcare at the new clinic, they may call 1-800-406-5143, extension 11230. Plese let the clerk know that you are calling to register to receive care at the Bad Axe VA Community Based Outpatient Clinic and they will document necessary information.
The clinic will be offering primary medical care service and screening, prevention for mental health disorders, and physical therapy services closer to Veterans' homes in the Bad Axe area. Veterans requiring medical care treatment not offered at the Bad Axe clinic may still receive that care at the Saginaw VA Medical Center or another approved and appropriate healthcare setting. The VA looks forward to a long-standing partnership with Veterans to enhance their healthcare outcomes.
