Cadillac Veterans Affairs Community Based Outpatient Clinic

Slotted for Opening and Dedication


The Cadillac VA Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) will open its doors to Veterans in the Cadillac area on Monday, June 27, 2011.  The new clinic address is provided:

Department of Veterans Affairs
Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC)
1909 North Mitchell Street
Cadillac, MI 49601

The clinic will provide primary medical care services, screening and prevention for mental health disorder services, and audiology services.

Veterans interested in receiving care at the new clinic in Cadillac should contact the VA Call Center at 1-800-406-5143, extension 11230.   The Saginaw VA looks forward to continuing our partnership with Veterans in the Cadillac and surrounding communities to enhance their healthcare outcomes.

The Ribbon Cutting and Dedication Ceremony for this clinic will be held on Thursday, July 14, 2011 at 11:00 a.m.  Veterans, their families, and community are invited to this celebration in bringing services closer to the homes of Veterans in and around Cadillac.
