Aleda E. Lutz VA Medical Center Invites Female Veterans to Open House

 

The Aleda E. Lutz VA Medical Center will host an open house event for female Veterans entitled “Sisters in Military Service”, with presentations, information on VA care and benefits, and a light luncheon.

 

The event is slotted for October 23, 2012, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. in the Medical Center’s Auditorium, located at 1500 Weiss Street, Saginaw, Michigan on the first floor.

 

Although the event is free for female Veterans, we are asking for pre-registration through October 15, 2012, by calling the Women Veterans Health Coordinator, Ms. Marie Johansen, at (989) 497-2500, extension 11468.

 

Our goal is to reach female Veterans who have not had an opportunity to visit the VA or learn about the care and benefits they are eligible to receive.  Please pass this information along to any female Veteran you may know.
