Do you know if you’re getting the recommended amount of physical activity each week? The National Center for Health Promotion and Disease Prevention is highlighting the monthly topic “Be Physically Active.”

With just 150 minutes of moderate-intensity aerobic activity and two days of strength training each week, you may lower your stress and improve your sleep.  During the month of May, the National Center for Health Promotion and Disease Prevention highlights the monthly topic Be Physically Active and encourages all Veterans to go out and start moving more and sitting less to improve their health.
