Our physical therapy program provides consultation, evaluation and treatment for a variety of neuro-musculoskeletal and post-operative conditions in both our Community Living Center and outpatient department. Physical therapy services are available in Saginaw, Traverse City Community Based Outpatient Clinic, Clare Community Based Outpatient Clinic, Alpena Community Based Outpatient Clinic, and Bad Axe Community Based Outpatient Clinic
